Franz Josef Glacier
Westland National Park
Of more than 60 named glaciers throughout the Westland National Park, the Franz Josef Glacier is one of the largest and most accessible. At 13 km in length, and moving half to one metre a day, it is in fact, one of the fastest flowing glaciers in the world.

Lake Wanaka, Northern Arm

Royal Albatross, Neuseeland

Hooker Valley
Mount Cook National Park
The Hooker Valley Track is one of the most popular walks in the park. Leading up the valley towards Aoraki/Mt. Cook, spectacular views are offered along the way until reaching its end at the Hooker Glacier terminal lake.

Mount Sefton
Mount Cook National Park
Towering over Mt. Cook Village is the 3157m high Mount Sefton. Known by the Maori as Kakiroa (the long-necked one), it is in fact often mistaken for Mt. Cook. Commonly heard echoing through the village are avalanches tumbling from it’s massive face.
